Life coaching has become super en vogue lately but what exactly is a sobriety coach, how do I work and how can I help you?!?!?  

About My Training: 

I spent almost an entire year training with Annie Grace and her team at the This Naked Mind Institute. I’ve also done a ton of independent research on how alcohol can effect our brain and bodies. Most importantly I have real life experience in giving up alcohol myself, and so I can help you through the process. 

I’ve been where you are now. This program is different than anything else you’ll find out there. 

The methodology means you are able to lose the desire to drink. For example, I can have alcohol in the house, go to parties with alcohol, and be around other people who are drinking. I have zero desire to drink whatsoever. That’s a feeling I never ever thought I would have, and something I would love to share with you. 

With this program you don’t have to call yourself an alcoholic, you don’t have to have a rock bottom, you can just want to feel better. This is a program for every single lady out there that just wants to see if alcohol is taking more than it is giving from her life.  

My programme uses grace, compassion, and science to empower you to decide what role you want alcohol to play in your life.

How Coaching Works: 

We meet once a week on zoom at a scheduled time to go through content, tools, and tactics that I have provided you ahead of time. After our call you’ll get a detailed email from me with action points and homework to do before our next session.  

Having me as a coach also means you have accountability and a shoulder to lean on when you need it. I provide you with my what’s app info so that if you need help or have questions in-between calls, I’m a quick text or voice note away. 


Coaching is an investment that can change your life forever. Once you find total freedom from alcohol, it’s hard to put a price on that. I price my coaching programs based on what I used to spend on alcohol each month. I think it’s probably similar to what you’re spending too.  

After I ditched alcohol I saved so much money that I’ve now been able to put towards fun things like handbags and holidays, and important things like my own coaches to help me continue my own personal development and growth!
