The Love Life Sober Community

There are some conversations you can’t always have out loud.

Not at church.
Not in your small group.
Not even with friends who love you.

Questions about alcohol.
Faith and shame.
Why you keep going back to something you’ve prayed about.
Why you feel grateful for your life and still restless.
Why you love Jesus and still feel stuck.

The Love Life Sober Community exists because those conversations matter.

And because most women can’t find a space like this locally.

So we created one.

A Space for Sober and Sober-Curious Women

This community is for sober and sober-curious women who love Jesus or are gently finding their way back to Him.

Some women arrive already alcohol-free.
Some are taking a break.
Some are curious but unsure what comes next.
Some are deeply rooted in faith.
Some are reconnecting after a long season away.

All are welcome here.

You don’t need the right language.
You don’t need certainty.
You don’t need to explain yourself.

This is a space where faith and struggle are allowed to coexist, and where honesty is met with compassion, not correction.

This space doesn’t replace your church.
It supports you in the in-between.

Because nuance is hard to hold in public settings.

Here, you can say the quiet things out loud.

“I don’t know if I need to quit forever.”
“I’m scared of who I’ll be without wine.”
“I feel ashamed that this is still hard.”
“I love Jesus and I’m still wrestling.”

You’ll be met with care, wisdom, and understanding, not side-eyes or spiritual shortcuts.

The Love Life Sober Community is intentionally different.

It’s not loud.
It’s not performative.
It’s not built on hustle or hot takes.

It’s a gentle, faith-filled gathering of women who want truth, healing, and connection.

This is the space between “I’m fine” and “I need help.”
And that space deserves tenderness.

– Ashley, Austin, Texas

"Having a one-on-one coach was vital to my success. I am forever grateful."

"Surprisingly this process was fun! Christy and I enjoyed many laughs as we celebrated my breakthroughs and newly sober experiences."

– Lauren, Charleston, South Carolinar

"I am so much calmer and content. I've been able to stop taking prescription medication for my anxiety because the change in my mood is so profound."

Through her coaching, Christy offered me so much more than just tools and strategies — she gave me hope. She walked alongside me with grace and wisdom, never judging, always encouraging. Her genuine care and understanding made me feel seen and supported in ways I didn’t even know I needed.

– Morgan, Columbus, Ohio

"I know I wouldn’t be where I am today (happy and excited about living alcohol-free!) without Christy."

"I looked forward to the daily videos, journaling, and assignments. Even after completing the first 30 days, I knew I wanted more of the knowledge Christy had to share. I appreciate the open communication and knowing I had a friend in my corner at all times."

- Heather

"Christy showed me that you don’t have to give up joy, connection, or excitement when you choose a life of faith and sobriety."

"Through her coaching, Christy offered me so much more than just tools and strategies — she gave me hope. She walked alongside me with grace and wisdom, never judging, always encouraging. Her genuine care and understanding made me feel seen and supported in ways I didn’t even know I needed."

– Camilla

"I feel so much happier, more free, less anxious..."

Christy just gets it. I can’t recommend her enough! Working with her has totally changed my attitude to alcohol. I feel so much happier, more free, less anxious, more present, calm etc - the list goes on!

– Claire

"Never judging, even at my lowest..."

I would highly recommend Christy as a Coach. I would not have been able to be free from alcohol without her. Her patience, kindness and humility is magnetic. The coaching and guidance that she provided was like having an invisible pair of arms around me, always there, supportive and caring. Never judging, even at my lowest, she provided me with the tools and guidance that I needed.
